Kevin Fyfe, Director

Kevin Fyfe  has been an active member of CBST for the past three years, quickly stepping into leadership roles that reflect his deep commitment to community and inclusion. He currently serves on the Aleinu leadership team, where he has helped expand programming, strengthen engagement among Aleinu-age congregants, and deepen partnerships with other queer Jewish organizations. He also sits on the Engagement Committee and Communications Committee, where he contributes ideas to enhance the congregant experience, express gratitude to our community volunteers, and drive membership growth.

Professionally, Kevin is a licensed CPA with expertise in finance, risk management, and strategic planning. He works in financial services and represents his firm with Open Finance, a LGBTQ+ networking group, where he sits on the Finance Committee and leads efforts around budgeting, financial analysis, and securing philanthropic support. He is also an active volunteer with LGBTQ+ community organizations including SAGE and HMI, bringing strong relationships and best practices from across the community to CBST.

With a clear-eyed understanding of financial realities and a passion for outreach, Kevin brings a fresh perspective, collaborative spirit, and deep sense of purpose to his work in strengthening CBST’s impact and sustainability for generations to come.
