Gregg Passin, Executive Officer

With over three decades of dedication, Gregg Passin is a committed member of CBST, his spiritual home in New York City. Gregg’s journey at CBST spans various leadership roles, including President and Executive Officer of the Board of Directors, and Chair of the Governance Task Force. Greg brings extensive experience in Human Resources, finance, strategic planning, and organizational development to his Board role. Beyond CBST, Gregg has contributed significantly to the NYC LGBTQ Community Center, serving as Board Co-Chair and leading key committees.

Professionally, Gregg is a Senior Partner at Mercer, specializing in HR, compensation, and governance consultancy. His tenure as Mercer’s North America practice leader has deepened his understanding of effective board leadership and organizational dynamics.

Gregg is eager to continue his service on the CBST Board during this pivotal moment. His approach to board service emphasizes bringing one’s full self to the organization, leveraging resources and expertise to support CBST’s mission and community.
