Amy Prince, Director

Amy Prince Headshot CBST Board MemberAmy Prince has been a devoted member of CBST for over 20 years, contributing her leadership and vision across many facets of synagogue life. She served for five years on the Congregational Retreat Committee—three as chair—helping to create meaningful, intergenerational experiences for the community. Her long-standing commitment to Jewish education includes years on the Children’s Education Committee and ongoing support for Limmud, b*mitzvah, and teen programming. She was a key contributor to both the 2016 and 2023 rabbinic search committees and most recently co-chaired the Bruchim Ha’ba’im task force, welcoming CBST’s new Senior Rabbi.

Professionally, Amy is a senior instructional designer at Jobs for the Future, a national nonprofit focused on equitable economic advancement. Her background includes curriculum development, facilitation, strategic planning, and organizational development. She previously served as co-editor of The Fourth R, Amnesty International’s human rights education resource, and has consulted for numerous nonprofits and public institutions including UNICEF and the Vera Institute.

A trained facilitator, writer, and lifelong advocate for education and social justice, Amy brings deep insight, creativity, and bridge-building skills to her work at CBST. Her passion for community, storytelling, and inclusive leadership continues to shape her meaningful contributions to synagogue life.
