Book of Remembrance
The Book of Remembrance deadline for insertions was August 14. It is traditional to remember our loved ones during the High Holy Days and especially at Yizkor Services on Yom Kippur, September 25 at the Jacob Javits Convention Center. Please make a donation in their memory that day, before or after the Yizkor Service. We look forward to bringing in the New Year 5784 with sweetness and health. Questions? HighHolyDays@cbst.org
The Month of Elul
The Hebrew month of Elul began this year at sundown, Wednesday, August 16, 2023. Elul asks us to look back on the year and take account of how we have behaved, where we have done our best, and where we have missed the mark.
At CBST, we prepare for the upcoming Days of Awe, the High Holy Days of 5784, with unique opportunities for study, connection, and prayer. Let’s move into the new year with new hopes, together! View what’s happening at CBST in Elul »
