S’lichot Class and Service – Watch Now
Saturday, August 28, 9:00 pm class / 10:00 pm service

Our evening opens with an in-depth study, led by Rabbi Rapport, on the origins of the Yizkor service and the role that memory, mourning, and recitation of Kaddish have played in Jewish life. The late night, candle-lit service that is led by Rabbi Sharon Kleinbaum, Music Director Joyce Rosenzweig, Cantorial Intern Sam Rosen, and Larry Kay envelopes both the personal and the communal; the work is spiritual, emotional, and intellectual.
