If you need assistance from the Ark Immigration Clinic with your immigration case, we are here for you. Message or audio call us on WhatsApp at (917) 330-0310. For general inquiries email sanctuary@cbst.org. We will try to respond to your message within 72 hours during workdays (Monday to Friday).

While we can assist you to defend yourself, we cannot represent asylum seekers directly. The majority of those we work with are LGBTQ and/or HIV+, but we never turn others away. We assist asylum seekers to prepare asylum, work permit, and other immigration applications. Our social work program provides referrals to other critical resources and through our partners we connect asylum seekers to immigration court accompaniment.

La mayoría de las personas con las que trabajamos son LGBTQ y/o VIH+, pero nunca rechazamos a nadie debido a su pais, religion, o identidad. Ayudamos a los solicitantes de asilo a preparar sus solicitudes de asilo, permiso de trabajo y otras solicitudes de inmigración. Nuestro programa de trabajo social proporciona referencias a otros recursos esenciales y, a través de nuestros colaboradores, conectamos a los solicitantes de asilo con el acompañamiento ante el tribunal de inmigración.
