Diana Chiarella, Development Associate

Diana Chiarella (she/her) joined CBST in July 2023 as an Associate, reporting to the Director of Development. Diana was born in Bogotá, Colombia and grew up in New Jersey. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in political science and economics from Rutgers University-Newark and has made significant contributions as Head of Latin Community Outreach for a successful political campaign and as an Executive Assistant in the investment industry. Passionate about languages and cultures, she actively seeks opportunities for continued learning, connection and empathy through communication. Beyond work, Diana embraces an active lifestyle via tennis, skiing, gardening and exploring the length of the city with her husband and dog.
