Adina Gerver, Finance Manager

Adina Gerver (she/her) has worked in the Jewish non-profit sector for two decades, serving as everything from a Program Officer at a foundation to an administrator in an adult-education program to a 1st grade Judaic Studies teacher. She comes to CBST from The City Congregation for Humanistic Judaism, where she worked as the office manager, doing all of the bookkeeping, compliance, and HR work for the congregation. Adina has an MPA in non-profit management and an MA in Judaic Studies from NYU, a BA in History and Women’s Studies from Harvard College, and also spent several years of her adult life studying classical Jewish texts in their original languages for fun.

In addition to her passion for meaningful Jewish community, Adina unabashedly loves stories, whether told in words, visual arts, music, theater, or data. Adina is also interested in public transit, design, the walkability of cities, public health, urban nature, public history, disability rights, and Hebrew in the Jewish Diaspora.
