Our Synagogue Building
CBST is the proud street-level resident at a 1928 landmarked building, designed by famed New York architect Cass Gilbert. CBST’s Synagogue building was dedicated in April 2016 after a years-long capital campaign and a long stay in the Village at the Westbeth Arts Building. The love, care, and intention that went into the re-design of CBST’s synagogue building is visible in every corner, embedded in the floor, and adorning the walls.
Our building is Gold LEED Certified
Our building is accessible (an elevator connects all three levels)
And, our building is available for rent, with spaces available at reasonable rates for individuals and organizations.
