Alana Krivo-Kaufman, Cooperberg-Rittmaster Rabbinical Intern

Alana Krivo-Kaufman (she/her) is in her fourth year at the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College. She has worked for over a decade in the progressive Jewish world as a spiritual leader, student rabbi, educator, and community organizer. She brings a commitment to nourishing Jewish communities as we love and wrestle with our traditions, ourselves, and our world.

Alana is currently completing a Spiritual Care Residency at Mount Sinai Downtown where she provides care on the Palliative, Gender-Affirming Surgery, Oncology, Behavioral Health and Addiction & Recovery units. Prior to Rabbinical School she had the honor of organizing for a world where no one is disposable focusing on peace and justice in Israel/Palestine, as well LGBTQ and racial and economic justice in NYC. She served as a youth educator and the Social Justice Coordinator at CBST in 2011. She is so delighted to return in this new role.
