After the Seder is done, families can continue the Passover fun! CBST’s Aggadah Actors have created activities and challenges designed for young children and their grownups. Designed for ages 2-7 and their families, you can bring this interactive theater experience to your home.

WATCH: Down The Nile: A Passover Aggadah Adventure 
A basket carrying a baby floats down the Nile River…where is it going, and who will the baby become? Travel down the Nile, across Egypt, and through the Red Sea in this CBST original musical retelling of the Passover story.

WATCH INSIDE THE WHALE: A YOM KIPPUR AGGADAH ADVENTURE

Climb aboard a ship for a sea-faring adventure and get swallowed by a massive whale in this immersive retelling of the story of Jonah. Brought to life with puppetry, live music, sensory storytelling and participation, this creative re-imagining of this Yom Kippur story will offer very young audiences and theirgrownups a chance to observe the holiday in an engaging and meaningful way.

LET THERE BE ME: A ROSH HASHANAH AGGADAH ADVENTURE
FOR BABIES 0-2 AND THEIR GROWNUPS
All babies are invited to celebrate the birthday of the world on Rosh Hashanah September 19 and 20 at 9 am. The first 75 families to register will receive a celebration box, in addition to their birthday party invitation. For each day of creation there is a CBST-original lullaby, a sensory item for your baby, and a video how-to workshop for grown-ups and babies. !הַּיֹום הֲַרת עֹולָם   Hayom harat olam!   Today the world was born!

AGGADAH ADVENTURES is a ground-breaking series of unique theatrical educational experiences is designed especially for children ages 0-7 with their grownups. These immersive, multi-sensory, and educational performances bring Jewish text to life in new and exciting ways, giving participants an active role in telling the story as it unfolds. Utilizing puppetry, live music, and sensory storytelling, AGGADAH ADVENTURES creatively and meaningfully introduce our tradition to a new generation. Since March 2020, new productions and new performaces online have engaged children at CBST and beyond.

BEHIND THE MASK: A PURIM AGGADAH ADVENTURE
Put on your mask and take your seat at King Achashverosh’s table, because the royal party is about to start and you’re invited! Brought to life with puppetry, live music, sensory storytelling and participation, this creative re-imagining of the Purim story will bring the holiday to life in an exciting new way designed especially for very young audiences and their grownups.

DOWN THE NILE: A PASSOVER AGGADAH ADVENTURE

UNDER THE RAINBOW: A PRIDE AGGADAH ADVENTURE
Come aboard the ark and brave the storm with Noah and his friends as they figure out the importance of sticking together when the going gets tough. Brought to life with puppetry, live music, sensory storytelling and participation, this creative re-imagining of Noah’s story (and the appearance of the world’s first rainbow) is the perfect way to introduce your toddler to the special rainbow connection between our LGBTQ community and the Torah!
