Solo Aging

Solo Aging will empower CBST members age 55+ to think strategically about the future.  Not everyone has close family or loved ones nearby or even close friends to trust, and some of us may be anticipating “aging solo.”

The Solo Aging group will focus on fostering meaningful relationships, accessing and sharing important resources, and thinking strategically about our future needs.

Come learn, share and feel more confident in your ability to “fly solo” together! Register now!

The group will be led by Judy Ribnick, LCSW, Director of Aging Together at CBST, along with guest speakers.

Join us on the first Tuesday of the month from 5 – 6:00 p.m. via Zoom.

Meeting dates in 2021: March 2nd, April 6th, May 4th, June 1st, July 6th, August 3rd

Register now! Registration includes each date, you do not need to register separately for each session.

You must be a CBST member to register for the Zoom link, which will be sent via email.

Please contact Judy Ribnick at SoloAging@cbst.org or (917) 310-4656 if you have questions.

See you soon!
