Solo Aging - Not Just for "Single" or "Child-free" Adults

Solo Aging empowers CBST members age 55+, who may be anticipating "aging solo," by fostering diverse meaningful relationships, accessing and sharing important resources, and thinking strategically abbout the future. You need not be "single" or "child-free" to benefit. The group is led by Judy Ribnick, LCSW, Director of Aging Together at CBST, along with guest speakers.
