Noemi Masliah, Director

Noemi Masliah has been a member of CBST since the 1980’s and a proud Board member since 2019. She currently serves on the Executive Committee, on the Transition Task Force and on the leadership team at CBST’s Ark Immigration Clinic. She joyously celebrated her B*Mitzvah on April 22, 2023. Noemi was born in Havana, Cuba, to parents who were French Holocaust survivors. The family immigrated to the United States in 1962. A graduate of Queens College and of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, she has been practicing immigration and nationality law for more than 40 years, most of the time as the principal of her own boutique firm.
