For Adults

Lehrhaus Judaica Adult Education Program
CBST offers classes ‎in Jewish practice, text study, liturgy, Jewish thought and history. We ask the questions that challenge, trouble and inspire us; and in ‎so doing, create an intimate community of learners. We study Judaism on our ‎own terms and claim its sacred texts to honor our own life experience. In this way, we take our place among the countless generations of Jewish ‎learners and become part of the ongoing narrative of Jewish life.‎

Oneg Programs After Services
Check CBST's Calendar for learning sessions following our Kabbalat Shabbat Services. Topics may include Q&As with guest speakers, ‎politics, readings with authors, open mic performances, and much more! ‎

Connie and Ruthie Scholar-in-Residence Program
Each year, CBST members Ruthie Berman and Connie Kurtz's living legacy is honored by CBST’s Scholar in Residence program, which brings a scholar to CBST for one weekend per year to bring Torah and teachings on a topic dear to Connie and Ruthie and to our community’s spirit of Jewish learning.
