Dedicate a Memorial Plaque

Judaism recognizes the blessing of memory. We are comforted by our tradition and the beautiful Kaddish prayer. Memorial plaques are inscribed with the name of our loved one, and the date of their death. Plaques are lit during the Yortzeit (Anniversary) week, and for Yizkor (Remembrance) communal observances.

CBST will send a reminder letter each year noting the upcoming yortzeit and Shabbat service date when the plaque will be lit and the name will be read from the bimah.

Download Memorial Plaque Form and return it completed to CBST, with your contribution.

Thank you. And may the memory of your loved one be for a blessing.
