This beautiful venue is centrally located just blocks from Herald Square and Penn Station, in a diverse neighborhood full of history, artists, nonprofits, and restaurants. Our landmarked building at 130W30 has modern, multipurpose, and affordable rooms, in a variety of sizes and layouts. Rooms can accommodate a range of 10-300 people and can be combined for larger events.

Spaces at CBST
Our Sheffer Lobby, at street level, is a bright, airy space that’s perfect for everything from receptions to a welcoming space before people move into the sanctuary.
The Wine Family Sanctuary is set up for livestreaming. Its mezzanine simultaneously offers wonderful seating and optimal views. It has magnificent acoustics and a Steinway grand piano.
The Evan Wolfson Lobby, located on the lower level, is suited for anything from meals and celebratory events. It is flanked by four meeting rooms, the Kuriel chapel, New York City’s first all-gender restroom as well as a single-stall restroom, and our kosher, warming kitchen.
