YOU are the REGISTRANT. If applicable, you may register the second adult in your household. Each Ticket will bear the individual's name and address. Adults in other households must register separately. Questions? Contact Ruth at 212-929-9498 x 815.

In our tradition, each of us is called upon to support the synagogue as generously as we are able. Your response to this "Kol Nidre" / Annual Appeal helps sustain all that CBST stands for and strives for.

Each gift is a statement of support and appreciation for CBST's Open Door, welcoming ALL to share Shabbat, Festival and High Holy Day services, the insights of Torah, the joy of song, and the warmth and strength of community throughout the year - always without charge.

Recognizing the blessing of memory, we honor our loved ones with this traditional act of tzedakah.
