B’nai Mitzvah MLK Social Justice Project – Meal Packaging with “Muslims Against Hunger”

Audience: Current 6-8th Grade B’nai Mitzvah Students only

Project description: On Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend, teen b’nai mitzvah students from CBST are invited to create a more just world through service and learning. Repair the World Brooklyn will lead a packaging project to provide high-nutrient meals to our neighbors in need. With Muslims Against Hunger, our group will assemble meal packages and participate in learning about Muslim and Jewish teachings on hunger. This project is for current 6-8th grade b’nai mitzvah students only.
