Yoga-Meditation Shabbat Morning Services
9:30am - Yoga Meditation Shabbat
Service Leader: Rabbi Yael Rapport
Led by Rabbi Yael Rapport, this minyan uses principles and practices of yoga and meditation to translate the structure and meaning of the Shabbat morning service from word to movement, creating a maximally embodied experience of worship. The service is open to everyone and requires no previous experience in yoga, meditation, or prayer.
Please wear comfortable clothes for movement. No siddur is required!
Following the service, we will keep the Zoom room open for a community Kiddush Lunch.

How Can I Support Livestreaming at CBST?
Given the coronavirus, our livestreaming is more vital than ever in keeping our community tight-knit and vibrant. Livestreaming costs around $2,000 per week, which was not an originally budgeted expense — so if you want to sponsor a service to help us continue to hold Shabbat services and other programming during this challenging time, it’s a great mitzvah! You can sponsor the livestream in honor or in memory of someone you love. To contribute and make it possible for CBST to continue livestreaming, click here.
