CBST, the Middle East & Me Meeting

CBST, the Middle East & Me works to create space for discussion and reflection on our engagement with the people of Israel, Palestine and the conflict that remains between them. We are working to build community by exploring our differing opinions and taking pride in the multiplicity of perspectives that make our community strong.

At this month's meeting, Professor Katherine Franke will address the origins of the arguments about the legality of the West Bank settlements. A discussion of the different perspectives will be followed by a Q&A.

Professor Franke teaches law, gender, and sexuality studies at Columbia University, and serves as the Director of the Center for Gender & Sexuality Law and Faculty Director of the Public Rights/Private Conscience Project. All are welcome.
