Traditional Egalitarian Minyan Shabbat Morning Services - Shabbat Shuvah
Our Traditional Egalitarian Minyan is held on the 3rd Saturday of every month at 10:00 am. Conducted mostly in Hebrew, engaging congregants in leadership, this service uses Siddur Sim Shalom, the Conservative movement's prayer book. You are welcome to attend, regardless of your knowledge of Hebrew or prior synagogue experience. All services also include a Torah talk - a D'var Torah. The service concludes at approimately 12:30 pm and is followed by a Kiddush lunch. CBST celebrates Shabbat morning services in a variety of styles. Each is an opportunity to mark smachot (happy occasions), observe lifecycles, and commemorate losses. We engage with prayer and Torah, and provide the means for spiritual and communal connection. To sponsor a Kiddush lunch for this service, email kiddush@cbst.org. For more information and to get involved, email Rabbi Rapport.
