You may also dedicate CBST's Siddur "With All Your Heart" for Friday evening services

Indicate the number of each books you wish to dedicate, and in the "Notes" text field, enter the dedication wording, including the way you wish your name(s) to be inscribed. The customary format for bookplates is: Dedicated by Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx in honor (or in memory) of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx. We will add the Hebrew and secular year.
